Environment Canada has issued a Winter storm warning for Owen Sound and environs that will bring a combination of 15 to 25 cm of snow and ice pellets, possible freezing rain, and strong winds.  All buses to Owen Sound schools are CANCELLED including in-city pickups therefore the program will not run today.
